Chris “Handles” Franklin is known worldwide for his legendary ball-handling skills and amazing trick shots on the basketball court.
The Harrisburg native has been a player or manager for the Harlem Globetrotters for the last 16 years. When he is not traveling the world with the Globetrotters, the Susquehanna Township High School graduate tries to give back to the communities that played role in his development.“
Giving back to the city of Harrisburg has always been something near and dear to my heart. I grew up in Hall Manor and currently live a few blocks away from those same projects, so being able to help really hits home for me.”
