The Chris "Handles" Franklin Foundation: Empowering Youth and the Community

Let's create a world where youth are empowered with the skills necessary to succeed in all areas of life - from education and athletics all the way to financial competency and character development.

There is no shortage of ways to get involved in supporting youth and communities.

From volunteering to donating , every bit counts to empower young people and create healthier, more vibrant communities. By focusing on education, athletics, financial competency, social skills, and character development, we make a difference in the lives of thousands of youth each year.

Handles of Hope

One of the most impactful programs offered by The Chris "Handles" Franklin Foundation is the "Handles of Hope" initiative.

This program focuses on using basketball as a platform for teaching life skills, character development, and leadership to underprivileged youth throughout the United States. Through this initiative, Chris and his team have reached over 20,000 kids, providing them with opportunities to succeed and break the cycle of poverty in their communities.

STEM through Sports

In addition to athletic programs, The Chris "Handles" Franklin Foundation also offers a variety of educational opportunities for youth. The foundation's "STEM through Sports" initiative teaches kids in grades K-12 about science, technology, engineering, and math through the lens of sports.

The program combines hands-on projects, field trips, guest speakers, and mentorship to inspire young people to pursue careers in STEM fields.

Financial Fitness

The foundation also offers a "Financial Fitness" program designed to teach young people about money, budgeting, banking, and investing.

With an emphasis on financial literacy, this program is designed to empower youth with the knowledge and skills needed to make sound financial decisions and build a stable future.
